Michael Taveras,  International Casino Operations



Michael Taveras brings twenty five years of casino experience to Goliath’s international
team. Michael has held many high end management positions throughout his career. Mr.
Taveras is currently Chief Executive Officer for General Marketing, Consultant and Casino
Developments. Mr. Taveras has been responsible for the success and operation of several
casino operations, both land based and cruise casinos. Mr. Taveras is highly skilled in all
facets of casino management and has been responsible for training employees at all levels
of operation. Michael uses a hands on management style, and has held positions as a
casino dealer, pit boss, junket representative, shift manager, casino manager, chief of
casino operations and Vice President and Managing Partner. Mr. Taveras has worked with
some of the biggest names in the Casino business such as, M.G.M. Grand, Holiday
International, Sheraton Resorts, Rio Suite and Casino, Gold Start, Contessa International
Cruise line, Casino Princesa, and Sun Cruz. Michael has also worked at many Casino
Operations overseas and is fluent in Spanish and English.



Jerry Najman:  International  Development Advisor



Mr. Najman has been a name to recognize in the international casino industry for over 26
years. Mr. Najman uses a hands on approach and his attention to detail are well known in
the class three regulated gaming industry. Mr. Najman started his casino career in 1979
and progressed through the ranks of all aspects of casino operations. Mr. Najman has a
unique talent in casino analysis as well. What sets Jerry aside from other high level
executives is his ability to develop projects and the opening of new casinos which he has
completed on several occasions. Mr. Najman has casino operating experience in Nevada,
the Caribbean, and South America. Mr. Najman has served as General Manager, Vice
President, and Director of Operations of eight major Caribbean or Native American
casinos, Mr. Najman has worked as “key” management in the grand opening and or
renovations of ten major casino projects. Mr. Najman has served as a consultant to Cirsa
International, Wyndham International and Hilton International. Due to Mr. Najman’s
notoriety and experience in the casino industry he has lectured gaming personnel and
regulators on casino operations, as well as appearing on numerous television and radio
shows to discuss gaming related topics.





Lester Bullock:  Senior Offshore Gaming Advisor     



Mr. Bullock has accumulated thirty years of nationally-acknowledged gaming experience
through senior positions with Leisure Time Casinos and Resorts, Atlanta, Georgia; Europa
Cruises Corporation, Madeira Beach, Florida; Casinos Austria, Madeira Beach, Florida;
Crystal Casino, Oranjestad, Aruba; Tropicana Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada;
Tropicana Hotel and Casino, Atlantic City, New Jersey; and the Golden Nugget Hotel and
Casino, Atlantic City, New Jersey. Licensed by the Casino Control Commission of New
Jersey, Lester was the first to document initial internal controls for Bally’s Park Place. As
founding member of the Day Cruise Association, and in his current capacity as elected
President, he frequently testifies before House Committees at both state and federal levels.




Man Yin Chow



Mr. Chow has been an intricate part of Goliath Gaming for the past fifteen years. His Asian
casino background has distinguished itself as one of the foremost "go to" person in the
oriental market. Mr. Chow is fluent in English, mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, and
Chinese. He is an intricate part of the future Asian casino development, presently Mr.
Chow is overseeing projects in the orient for Goliath Gaming. Mr. Chow holds a key gaming
executive license in New Jersey, Las Vegas, Mississippi, and the Caribbean.
